Recycle Bin

A special folder in graphical user interfaces, primarily in Microsoft Windows, that temporarily stores files and folders deleted by the user. This allows for the recovery of accidentally deleted items before they are permanently removed from the system. Similar features exist in other operating systems, such as the Trash on macOS.
