Degrees of freedom
Term · Environment · MLC-T-ENV-007545
1. For dose-response model fitting, the number of data points minus the number of model parameters estimated from the data.
2. The total number of items in a sample minus the number of independent relationships existing among them; the divisor used to calculate a variance term; in the simplest cases, it is one less than the number of observations. {ORD} {OW/EAD} {OPP} {OW/TSC} {OAR/OAQPS} {OECA} {ORCR}
