Black noise

Technical silence, meaning noise whose power sits near zero across the spectrum apart from a handful of narrow lines or isolated peaks. It is the extreme opposite of white noise, which carries equal power per unit of frequency, and in some usages the name means complete silence. In the colour-of-noise naming scheme it is listed alongside white, pink, and red noise.
