Electrical bus

A metallic strip or bar, typically made of copper or aluminum, that conducts electricity within a switchboard, distribution board, or substation. It serves as a common connection point for multiple circuits, collecting electric power from incoming feeders and distributing it to outgoing feeders. Busbars are rated by their current-carrying capacity, voltage, and short-circuit withstand strength.
