Flip-flop

A fundamental digital electronic circuit that has two stable states and can store one bit of binary information. It is a sequential logic element whose output depends on both its current inputs and its previous state. Flip-flops are the basic memory units used in registers, counters, and other sequential logic circuits within digital systems.
