Manifold

A pipe or chamber with several openings, designed to collect or distribute fluids or gases to or from multiple cylinders or passages. In an internal combustion engine, an intake manifold distributes the air-fuel mixture, while an exhaust manifold collects exhaust gases. These components are typically cast iron or aluminum.
