Nanomole

A unit of amount of substance equal to one billionth (10^-9) of a mole. The mole is the SI unit for amount of substance, representing approximately 6.022 x 10^23 elementary entities. Nanomoles are frequently used in chemistry, biology, and pharmacology to quantify very small quantities of molecules, atoms, or ions in reactions or solutions.
