Railway signal

A device that conveys information to train operators regarding the state of the track ahead or the authority to proceed. These signals use visual indications, such as colored lights or semaphore arms, to communicate instructions. Modern railway signals are often integrated into complex signaling systems that control train movements across an entire network.
