Rother nail

A specialized fastener with a broad, flat head and a pointed shank, designed for securing roofing felt or other sheet materials to timber structures. The large head provides a wide bearing surface to prevent pull-through of the material. These nails are commonly made from galvanized steel for corrosion resistance.
