Spim
Term · Industrial and trades · MLC-T-IND-005524
The SPI master peripheral of a microcontroller, best known from Nordic Semiconductor's nRF52 and nRF53 chips, where the name abbreviates SPI master with EasyDMA. As bus master it generates the clock, starts each transfer and drives a chip-select line to pick the slave device. EasyDMA lets the block read and write memory buffers directly, so the processor does not copy each byte.
