Spray drain

A valve or port on an agricultural sprayer system designed for emptying the contents of the tank and boom lines. It is used to remove residual pesticides, herbicides, or fertilizers before cleaning the system or switching to a different chemical product. Complete draining is also a required step for winterization to prevent freezing damage to the pump, valves, and nozzles.
