The process of automatically collecting and transmitting measurements or other data from remote or inaccessible points to receiving equipment for monitoring and analysis. This technology enables the remote observation of physical quantities, such as temperature, pressure, or voltage, without direct human intervention. Telemetry systems are widely used in aerospace, environmental monitoring, and industrial process control.
