Wriggler

A precision tool used in machining to accurately locate the edge or center of a workpiece or fixture on a machine tool. It consists of a shank that fits into a collet and a sensitive contact point that deflects when it touches a surface. Wrigglers are commonly used with milling machines and drill presses to set up workpieces with high precision.
