Charterers legal liability coverage

Protection for a party that leases a vessel against claims arising from their use of the chartered ship. This coverage addresses liabilities for damage to the vessel itself, cargo, or third-party property, as well as personal injury claims, that occur during the charter period. It is distinct from the vessel owner's hull and machinery or protection and indemnity insurance.
