General inclusions
Term · Insurance and risk management · MLC-T-INS-001636
Operations that workers' compensation classification rules treat as part of every governing classification, so their payroll is not rated separately. A manufacturer's making of its own containers, such as bags and barrels, is an example. They are the counterpart of general exclusions, which are always rated separately, and the lists can change from state to state.
