General exclusions

Specific conditions, perils, or types of loss that are not covered under an insurance policy, applying to all sections of the contract. These exclusions are listed to clarify the scope of coverage and prevent payments for events that are considered uninsurable, catastrophic, or better covered under a different type of policy. Common examples include acts of war, nuclear hazards, and intentional damage caused by the insured.
