Term · Insurance and risk management · MLC-T-INS-001936
A business entity created by two or more parties to undertake a specific project or business activity, sharing ownership, risks, and profits. To cover the venture's operations, the parties must either add it as a named insured via endorsement or purchase a separate dedicated policy for the JV itself.
