Maximum plan limits

The highest amount that an insurance plan will pay for covered services or benefits over a specified period, such as a year or a lifetime. These limits can apply to individual services, specific conditions, or the total amount paid out under the policy. Once the maximum limit is reached, the insured is responsible for all further costs.
