A non-permanent site where property is kept for a limited time while in transit or before being moved to its final destination. Commercial property policies provide coverage for business personal property at such locations, but this coverage is subject to specific time and value limits. This coverage extension is typically limited to a period such as 30 or 60 days and has a sublimit, for example, $10,000, which is lower than the main property limit.
