Temporary partial disability TPD

A workers' compensation benefit paid to an injured employee who can return to work in a reduced capacity but earns less than their pre-injury wages. This benefit typically covers a portion of the lost wages during the period of recovery. The employee is expected to fully recover and return to their full earning capacity.
