Accept

To agree to the terms of an offer, thereby creating a binding contract. Acceptance must be an unequivocal and unconditional manifestation of assent to the offer's terms, communicated to the person who made the offer. Under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), a buyer accepts goods by indicating they conform to the contract, failing to make an effective rejection, or acting in a way inconsistent with the seller's ownership.
