Bill of attainder

A legislative act that declares a person or group of persons guilty of a crime and prescribes punishment, often without a trial. This practice is prohibited by the United States Constitution, as it infringes upon the separation of powers and due process rights. Article I, Section 9, Clause 3 of the Constitution explicitly forbids bills of attainder.
