Careless

Describing conduct that demonstrates a lack of proper attention, caution, or diligence, falling below the standard of care expected of a reasonable person. This behavior often results from inattention or thoughtlessness rather than an intentional desire to cause harm. In tort law, careless actions can form the basis for a claim of negligence if they lead to injury or damage.
