Cooperative housing

A form of housing ownership where residents do not directly own their individual units but instead own shares in a corporation that holds title to the entire property. Each share entitles the owner to occupy a specific unit and participate in the cooperative's governance. This arrangement differs from condominiums, where individuals hold direct title to their units.
