Corporeal ownership

The legal right to possess and control tangible physical property, such as land, buildings, or goods. This form of ownership grants the owner the ability to use, enjoy, and dispose of the physical asset. It is distinguished from incorporeal ownership, which pertains to rights or interests in property that do not have a physical form.
