Denied persons list

A list maintained by the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) identifying individuals and entities that have been denied export privileges. U.S. companies and individuals are prohibited from engaging in export transactions with parties on this list. This measure is used to enforce export control regulations and prevent unauthorized transfers of sensitive goods and technologies.
