Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List

A roster maintained by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) that identifies individuals and entities with whom United States persons are generally prohibited from dealing. This list includes terrorists, narcotics traffickers, and those involved in proliferation of weapons of mass destruction. Transactions with listed parties are subject to severe penalties under U.S. law.
