Effluxion of time

The expiration of a fixed period of time, which can lead to the termination of a legal right, obligation, or agreement. This concept is frequently applied in contract law, property law, and leases, where an agreement is set to end after a predetermined duration. For instance, a lease agreement may terminate automatically upon the effluxion of the specified term.
