Hidden asset

Property or financial resources that are intentionally concealed or not fully disclosed by an individual or entity, often during legal proceedings such as divorce, bankruptcy, or probate. These assets can include bank accounts, real estate, investments, or business interests. Discovery procedures, such as interrogatories and depositions, are used to uncover hidden assets.
