Indefeasible remainder

A future interest in property that is certain to vest in a specific person, without any conditions that could prevent it from becoming possessory. The identity of the remainderman is known, and there are no contingencies that could defeat their interest. This type of remainder is considered a vested remainder, providing a secure future right to ownership.
