Industrial unionism

A form of labor organization where all workers in a particular industry, regardless of their specific craft or skill, belong to the same union. This contrasts with craft unionism, which organizes workers based on their trade. The goal of industrial unionism is to increase bargaining power by uniting all employees within an industry.
