Schechter Poultry Corp. v. United States (1935)

A landmark United States Supreme Court case that invalidated regulations of the poultry industry under the National Industrial Recovery Act. The Court ruled that Congress had unconstitutionally delegated legislative power to the President and that the regulations exceeded Congress's power under the Commerce Clause.
