Intrinsic fraud

Fraud that occurs within the judicial proceedings themselves, such as perjury, false testimony, or forged documents presented during a trial. This type of fraud typically does not provide grounds to set aside a judgment after it has become final. It is contrasted with extrinsic fraud, which prevents a party from having a fair opportunity to present their case.
