Large accelerated filer

A public company that meets specific criteria set by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regarding its public float and annual revenues. To qualify, a company must have a public float of $700 million or more, have been subject to SEC reporting requirements for at least 12 calendar months, and have filed at least one annual report. These companies are subject to shorter deadlines for filing periodic reports with the SEC.
