Mirror wills

Two separate wills made by a married couple or partners that are almost identical in their provisions, typically leaving all assets to the surviving partner and then to the same beneficiaries upon the second death. Each will reflects the other, creating a reciprocal arrangement for asset distribution. These wills are common in estate planning for couples with shared assets and beneficiaries.
