Moral rights

Certain inalienable rights of authors and artists concerning their creative works, distinct from economic rights like copyright. These rights typically include the right of attribution (to be identified as the author) and the right of integrity (to prevent distortion or mutilation of the work). The Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works recognizes moral rights internationally.
