Obscene

Describing material or conduct that is offensive to accepted standards of decency and morality, often lacking serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value. In legal terms, obscenity is not protected by the First Amendment's guarantee of free speech. The Supreme Court established the Miller test in 1973 to determine what constitutes obscenity.
