Obscenity

Material that is offensive to morality or decency, particularly that which depicts sexual conduct in a patently offensive way and lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value. The legal definition of obscenity is subject to the Miller test in the United States, which considers community standards. Obscene material is not protected by freedom of speech.
