Recurring closing costs

Expenses associated with a real estate transaction that are paid repeatedly over time, rather than as a one-time fee at closing. These costs are typically prorated at closing and continue to be paid by the homeowner after the sale is complete. Property taxes and homeowner's insurance premiums are examples of recurring closing costs.
