Trust property

The assets, whether real or personal, that are transferred into a trust and held by the trustee for the benefit of the beneficiaries. This property forms the corpus of the trust and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the trust instrument. Legal title to the trust property rests with the trustee, while equitable title belongs to the beneficiaries.
