Certification of trust

A condensed document that confirms the existence of a trust and identifies the trustee, without revealing the trust's detailed provisions or beneficiaries. This instrument allows a trustee to prove their authority to act on behalf of the trust when dealing with third parties. It is accepted in many jurisdictions as sufficient proof of a trustee's powers for transactions involving trust assets.
