Certificate of trust

A condensed document that verifies the existence of a trust and identifies the trustee(s) without revealing all the detailed provisions of the trust agreement. This document is often used in transactions, such as opening bank accounts or transferring real estate, where proof of trust authority is needed but privacy of the full trust document is desired. It confirms the trustee's power to act.
