Cross trade

The shipment of cargo between two countries, where the transaction is managed by a third party located in a country different from both the origin and destination. In these arrangements, the cargo does not enter the country where the third-party freight forwarder or logistics provider is based. For example, a French company could manage a shipment from China to Brazil without the goods ever passing through France.
