Aestival

Relating to or characteristic of summer. In meteorology, it describes conditions, phenomena, or climate patterns that occur during the summer season, such as aestival precipitation or temperature regimes. The term is derived from the Latin word for summer, 'aestas', and is the seasonal counterpart to 'vernal' (spring), 'autumnal' (autumn), and 'hiemal' (winter).
