Chocolatero

A strong, warm, and dust-laden southerly or southeasterly wind occurring along the coast of Mexico bordering the Gulf of Mexico. This local wind is most prevalent during the spring and early summer months, from April to August. It picks up fine soil and dust, giving the air a brownish, chocolate-like color and significantly reducing visibility, which can impact maritime and aviation activities in the region.
