Cooling power

A measure of the rate at which an object or organism loses heat to its surrounding environment, influenced by factors such as air temperature, humidity, wind speed, and radiation. This concept is used to assess the physiological stress on humans and animals in cold conditions. It is often quantified using indices like wind chill.
