Isodynamic
Term · Meteorology and atmospheric science · MLC-T-MET-010566
Relating to a line on a map that connects points of equal intensity of a force field, particularly the Earth's magnetic field. In meteorology, the term is rarely used but could describe lines of equal wind speed, though the term isotach is standard for that purpose. An isodynamic line in geomagnetism represents locations with the same total magnetic field strength.
