Kite observation

A method of atmospheric data collection using instruments attached to a kite, allowing for measurements at different altitudes. This technique provides vertical profiles of temperature, humidity, and wind speed within the lower atmosphere. Early meteorological studies relied on kite observations before the advent of weather balloons and aircraft.
