Permanent anticyclone

A large-scale, persistent high-pressure system that remains relatively stationary over a particular geographic region for extended periods. These systems are characterized by subsiding air, clear skies, and light winds, often leading to stable weather conditions. Examples include the subtropical high-pressure belts, such as the Azores High, which influence global weather patterns.
