Semipermanent anticyclone

A large, persistent high-pressure system that maintains its general location and influence over a particular region for extended periods, often seasonally. Examples include the Azores High and the Pacific High, which significantly impact regional weather patterns and climate. These systems are not truly stationary but exhibit a strong tendency to recur in the same area.
